• Transvaginal mesh: Sean took primary responsibility for depositions of key corporate employees, including engineers, medical directors and regulatory officers. His work helped develop evidence concerning the manufacturer’s products and conduct. He contributed to a case that resulted in a multimillion-dollar verdict against a mesh manufacturer.
• Stryker hip implants: Sean represented dozens of clients with claims involving failed Stryker hip implants. Their cases were part of litigation that resulted in a nationwide settlement exceeding $1 billion.
