Eligibility Requirements

Be an Arkansas resident.
Be currently enrolled or planning to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited college, university, or trade school in the United States.
Submit a an essay, video, or other creative materials on a specific topic related to the scholarship’s theme.

This year’s essay prompt encourages students to explore the topic of road safety and how individuals can contribute to reducing car accidents.

Participants are invited to create an original piece of digital content that highlights the dangers of drinking and driving and proposes innovative solutions or campaigns to address this issue statewide.

The content can be in various formats, including but not limited to:

Essays or Short Stories
Digital Artwork or Infographics
Interactive Websites or Mobile Applications

Judging Criteria:

Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
