Keith Law Group 2024 Steer Your Future Scholarship Program

Objective:

The scholarship program seeks to engage the youth in a meaningful dialogue about the dangers of drinking and driving, encouraging them to be ambassadors of change.

By involving students in creating compelling digital content, the program aims to spread powerful messages that resonate with their peers and the wider community, fostering a responsible and safe driving culture.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be high school students residing in Arkansas.

Proof of acceptance to an accredited university or trade school is required.

Submission Guidelines:

Participants are invited to create an original piece of digital content that highlights the dangers of drinking and driving and proposes innovative solutions or campaigns to address this issue statewide.

The content can be in various formats, including but not limited to:

  • Videos or Short Films
  • Essays or Short Stories
  • Digital Artwork or Infographics
  • Interactive Websites or Mobile Applications
  • Original Music Compositions

Judging Criteria:

Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Creativity and Originality:  The uniqueness and inventiveness of the concept and execution.
  • Relevance and Impact:  The effectiveness in conveying the message and the potential to influence behavior and attitudes towards safe driving.
  • Quality of Presentation:  The professionalism and polish of the final product.
  • Research and Accuracy:  The factual correctness and depth of the content.
  • Engagement and Reach:  The ability to captivate the audience and inspire action.

Awards:

  • The “Steer Your Future” Scholarship winner will be awarded a $2,000 scholarship.
  • The winning submission will be featured on Keith Law Group’s website and social media platforms — gaining statewide recognition.

  • Winner Announcement: May 1st, 2025
